Blyddi Nora.

OK, move on…

Gloucester next, at home. I’d say this needs a statement performance, but that puts pressure on us to deliver it, which makes it more likely that we’ll bugger it up.

No, learn whatever lessons need to be learned and move on. Don’t say “That’s not who we are”, just move on. Play the next game, don’t replay the last one.

The internationals should be back but how many of them will be fit to play is unknown at this point. I’d expect Bev and George to fit and raring, given they haven’t had a lot of game time over the past couple of months. Tom, Manu and Agustín, however, all looked completely shagged out at the end of the play-off match.

So I’m thinking Bev to start, because he must be chomping at the bit, and George on the bench because how can you break up Rob plus Sam2 at this stage?

Tom needs a rest, I suspect, but I’d be tempted to play him just because it gets us one week nearer Ben’s return.

Please let LCD be fit; if not, can Agustín not be too knackered? I don’t know where Ethen and Harry were, but it’s not fair on someone like Langon Minor to be shoved into such high-intensity games with bugger-all preparation (although I understand he was one of the few who ended the match in credit).

SAMP has us down for the win – just.
